Convention Center Garage

Please use the Convention Center Parking Garage. Upon entering the Resort on Gaylord Trail, you will:

• Continue straight until you reach a 3-way stop sign. 
• Turn left at the 3-way stop sign
• Follow the “Convention Parking” signs. 
• Enter the Parking Garage on the right-hand side.
• Before entering the garage, press the button to receive a parking pass.

How Do I Get My Parking Validated?

Please stop by the Resolve Tech booth, thank them for sponsoring, and receive a parking voucher.

How to Find the Texas Ballroom

Once you have parked in the garage you will enter the hotel on the lower level by Hertz Rental counter.

• Proceed up the escalator to the 1^st floor. 
• Continue up the next set of escalators where you will see the “Sales and Convention Services Offices”. 
• Take the escalator on the left of the offices. 
• Once you proceed up the escalator the Texas Ballroom will be ahead on the left.  

How to Exit the Parking Garage Using Your Resolve Tech Parking Voucher:

To Exit the garage, scan the voucher at the bottom of the machine at the exit to the parking garage.
